By placing your order, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Trade as they exist from time to time. VICTORIA LIMITED therefore recommends that you read the Terms of Trade carefully.

VICTORIA LIMITED can amend the terms at any time with effect on future purchases.



We offer worldwide delivery.


Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected and will be detailed on your order.


All orders to Denmark are shipped within 1-4 business days. International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.



Returns and refunds

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you will need to send an email to

Returns are at buyers own expense. 


The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you have received your order. 


It is important that you carefully pack the item for return, as you are liable for the item until it is received by VICTORIA LIMITED. Items must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached.


Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.


The refund will be made to the same means of payment used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. You will not be required under any circumstances to pay any fees in connection with the refund.

The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.


For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
